Content Strategy, Production & EditorialJobs Victoria Case Studies
As Digital Content Writer and Producer at Jobs Victoria (Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions), I initiated and led the ‘Working Stories’ video series: a collection of film and photography case studies profiling Victorians who had found pathways to employment through Jobs Victoria programs, alongside the employers who partnered with them.
I conceived the series, managed production from end to end, briefed and collaborated with film company Angry Chair and Kit Photography, identified and secured talent across Victoria working with employment groups and organisations, and conducted the interviews on location. I then wrote and edited website-facing content for each video, shaping raw interview material into stories that were warm, specific, and respectful of each subject's experience.
The work spanned regional and metropolitan Victoria and required careful coordination across government, employment organisations, production companies, and the individuals whose stories we were telling. The goal was always the same: to make the human reality of these programs visible, and to make the people in them feel genuinely seen.
